5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.
